D Aspartic Acid
D Apartic acid is a simple amino acid which was first isolated from asparagus juice in 1806. The wonderful thing that was discovered by an Italian pharmaceuticals company called Pharmaguida, was that D Aspartic acid raises testosterone in males 42% within two weeks. Lutinizing hormone also increased by 33% suggesting that D Aspartic acid raises testosterone by using the bodies natural pathway. This is from the italian study using 23 men aged 27-37. This may be a small test. However in our own experience using D Aspartic acid, we have also noted that testicular size is increased and ejaculate volume is increased. Furthermore, we have noted consistent strength increases over time:

In another test, subfertile men were given 2.66 grams of D Aspartic acid and after 90 days, serum testosterone was increased 30-60% when compard to each subjects baseline reading.
Therefore in our opinion, D Aspartic acid represents the most effective nutrient for testosterone boosting that we have every experienced.
D Aspartic acid is available in foods such as Soy Protein (9%), Non dairy creamer (17%), Casein (31%) and corn protein (zein) (40%). D Aspartic acid has been found to a constituent of cartilage, which could explain the elimination of knee pains and other joint pains in our experience. In a test done with rats, D Aspartic acid was able to improve the memory of rats by improving their ability to find a hidden platform in a Moris Maze test.
D Aspartic acid also interacts wtih pituitary hormones by increasing the secretion rates of Gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH), Growth Hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) and Prolactin Releasing Factors (PRFs) which in turn releases Lutinizing hormone (LH, which signals the testicles to produce testosterone) and Fillicle Stimulating hormone (FSH), Growth Hormone and Prolactin.
D Aspartic acid has other benefits as well as the above noted, but it’s good enough that it has been clinically proven to increase testosterone very significantly. There appears to be no notable side effects, and therefore, it is a valuable part of the Time Machine.
